So you think that's appropriate? I'm from ny, and currently live in a city with plenty of bums. i don't give them change, and don't feel bad for them, but i think it's pretty shitty to make fun of their situation like that. People in ny and dc could probably clown on things in your locale. anyway, that's my 2cents
